File Maintenance  - Just click it once a month clean up messy files. Simple! Easy to use!

Scanner Setup - Pictures guide you through setting up your scanner. Simple! Really Easy to Use!

Change a Barcode - Find a barcode label missing? Put on a new one, key in the old number, key in the new number, click one button. FATS updates all asset data and all history data. Simple! Easy to Use!

Export - Send data to an ASCII text file for use by Microsoft Excel or other software packages. Export all data or select by Department, Category, Person Responsible, Location, or User Defined Fields.

FATS Support Web Site - An exciting new feature. Click this link and you will be connected to our "members only" web site for useful tips, online-manual, upgrade information, etc.

System Setup - Nothing could be easier! Lets you choose the type of scanner you will use.

Passwords - Set up an unlimited number of users. And set them up so they can only do the things you want them to do. FATS has 9 user levels.

Menu Security Levels - Each person who uses FATS is assigned a password. Each password is assigned a security level. With this screen you set security levels and can control access to each menu selection in FATS. You control who sees what.

Asset Data Maintenance - Get to all the asset data and edit anything! High level security is required to access this screen.

Scan History Data Maintenance - Get to all history data and edit anything! High level security is required to access this screen.
