FATS allows 9 security levels.

Each person assigned to FATS can be given a password, or you can assign just a few passwords to GROUPS. The choice is yours. You can set up unlimited passwords.

Each "level" 1 to 9 is allowed access to different parts of FATS - and you can control this access !

Here is the password screen where you set up a new user and assign user level 1 to 9.

You can also set expiration dates - let's say you want someone to be able to use the system for a short time. You can set and expiration date for their password. You won't have to remember to take their password out of the system - FATS will do it for you !
