Option for FATS is an add-on-module that provides a complete calibration and
repair tracking system for industrial applications.
Calibration Option Adds to FATS:
- Ability to set calibration and recall
dates for any asset
- Scan assets in to "calibration
facility"
- Scan items out from "calibration"
- Automatically set next recall /
expiration date
when an item is scanned out of calibration
Maintain Calibration Procedures
- Unlimited electronic documents can be
attached to an asset to identify calibration procedures
- Calibration Procedures can be
identified and listed
- Additional notes can be added to point
out critical steps in calibration
- Pictures can be added to show detail
steps and procedures
Automated Recall
- Enter people in to the system
- Enter email address, physical address,
phone number, etc.
- Automatically send emails for calibration
recall
- If email not available - Print recall reports with person's
name, address, etc
- Print individual recall notices (one
page per person)
- Track who has turned in equipment for
calibration and
who has not
- Easy follow up to send additional
reminders
- When items are scanned into
calibration facility - reminders STOP
Document What Was Done During Calibration
- Add unlimited notes during each
calibration to detail what was done
- Add emails, scanned pictures, repair documents,
invoices for parts, etc. to document what was done during
calibration
- Add Digital Pictures from any digital
camera for additional documentation
- 254 Character "Digital Signatures" audit who did the
repair / calibration and who added what data and when.
Security and Audits
- User IDs and Passwords control access
to the system
- 9 User Levels define what a user can
do
- You control each user level
- You control password expiration
- Required to enter password to make a
change to calibration records
- Audit log records what was changed
